i was upgraded to a pool-view room. the location was convenient, being near the restaurant and aqua park. the soundproof balcony doors ensured a peaceful room, which i appreciated. the staff was cute and hospitable. the beach offered good snorkeling opportunities too.

The main restaurant was okay. There were no real faults. the swimming pool and slides were very good. i enjoyed spending time there. The rooms were okay too. they were super clean and cozy enough for my stay.
The staff created an unsettling environment. Only men work here. the flirting from the male staff made me uncomfortable. i asked for water but was shouted at to sit down, after that a staff member rolled his eyes and completely ignored me. the wifi barely works, so do not expect to stay connected.

The premises were VERY well kept, and I noticed high cleanliness standards throughout my stay. Food options were available at different locations for most of the day. That was a real plus. The reception area had a lovely design, and staff members were available around the clock.

The hotel is approximately a twenty-minute drive from the airport, a definite plus after a long flight. There are several pools on the hotel, and one is heated, which I appreciated. I also enjoyed the short walk to the beach. It was very convenient.

The hotel location was amazing. I enjoyed access to the beach through a sister hotel. Vegetarian food choices were amazing and diverse. The nights were quiet for restful sleep. Staff members were helpful during the trip.
I experienced an issue with the TV in the room. The channels had bad resolution and the TV seemed obsolete overall which impacted my experience.

The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, pastries, and omelets. Lunch offered grilled fish, salads, and pasta dishes. Dinner featured themed nights, including Italian and Egyptian cuisine and the desserts were diverse and tasty.

the kitchen staff prepared good food, and they provided chips for my grandson. the entertainment team was very interactive each night. lifeguards kept us safe at the pools. the barbecue staff cooked delicious foods each evening.
the room's tv was very small and had bad picture quality. there was no sign to request room cleaning or indicate 'do not disturb'.
